Refund Policy

At Caia, we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service to our valued customers. While we hope you are delighted with your order, we do not offer any return or exchange under normal conditions. We only offer a Conditional Exchange if you face quality issues with the product.

If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or craftsmanship, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. After you generate a query, our Customer Care Department will look into the issue and get back to you promptly.

Upon reviewing the product, we may offer you an exchange or store credit for future purchases in the case of a valid and significant fault.

Please note that customized orders or orders purchased with a discount are not eligible for return, refund, or chargeback.
