Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only considered in rare cases where a defective or incorrect item has been delivered. We aim to resolve such matters promptly, depending on the specific circumstances.

Exchanges will not be accepted based on customer preferences or changes of mind, as all outfits are made specifically for our valued customers.

To request an exchange, customers must contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item and return it to the provided address within 5–7 days of delivery. Requests received after this period will not be processed.

In certain cases, an exchange can be offered in the form of a voucher or discount code of equal value.

An outfit may be exchanged if the product received does not match the ordered size.

All shipping or mailing costs related to the exchange of a defective item are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We aim to process all eligible exchanges within 14 working days.
